Beginning on Monday, February 2, 2009, you will be able to access your CollegeWealth 529 account through Rappahannock National Bank's Internet Banking system.

If you currently have Internet Banking, no action is required to enable this new feature. Your CollegeWealth 529 account will appear under the Investment Summary heading on the account summary screen. The Investment Title will read "Retirement" but you can create a nickname for your account for easier recognition. For example, one could change the title "Retirement" to the nickname title "Joe's 529."

To access the nickname feature, simply select User Options at the top of the screen. Next select Account Nickname to create the new title. This feature can be used for all of your accounts on Rappahannock National Bank's Internet Banking system.

If you do not have Internet Banking and would like to register, please follow these simple steps below:

• Go to www.rnbva.com
• Click on Register! Located next to Login to Internet Banking
• Fill out and submit the online banking application
• You will receive an email once your application is approved
